Improving the customer experience remains important in all areas of retail. A lot of work is being done for this. With the help of technology, projects are being produced to improve the experience and make it better quality. The Hands Free Turkey project developed by Easy Point and Mall Logistics stands out in this regard. The main objective of the project involves the delivery of the customer's purchases to him at the desired place and time from the moment he leaves them at the checkout, where he pays for them.
The second project aimed at improving the customer experience, as well as obtaining an after-shopping gain for the customer, was again developed by Easy Point and Mall Logistics. The Tax Free Turkey app promises that tourists from abroad will receive a 50% overpayment if they make tax free payments from contracted brands and receive their return at Easy Point points. In the application where MasterCard is a project partner, all infrastructure was developed by the group company Lime Teknolojisi.
